Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ffframed website (ffframedapp.com) and the ffframed mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by ffframed ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service to place an order, you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Pre-launch status

ffframed is currently available as a mobile application. This website is a marketing page; orders cannot be placed through this website. References to launching or forthcoming features describe the mobile app.

Your account and content

The mobile app does not require you to create an account. When you place an order, you provide a shipping address and the image you would like printed. You retain all rights to the images you submit. By submitting an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to print the image you submit. Do not submit images that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, or that contain illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders, payment, and shipping

Orders placed through the mobile app are processed via Stripe. Prices, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Posters are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Each poster is custom-printed for you, so we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@ffframedapp.com with photos and we will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law.
• Do not submit fraudulent payment information.

Intellectual property

The ffframed name, logo, design, software, and content (excluding user-submitted images) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
