This Privacy Policy describes how ffframed ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website (ffframedapp.com) and the ffframed mobile application (collectively, the "Service").
Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service:
- Email address — when you submit it through the launch-notification form on this website, so we can email you when ffframed becomes available.
- Order details — when you place a poster order through the mobile app, we collect the shipping address and email address you enter so the order can be fulfilled and shipped.
- Image content — images you choose to print are sent to our processing partners only for the purpose of producing your poster. We do not retain them after processing.
- Technical data — when you submit a form on this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives standard request metadata such as IP address and browser user-agent string, used solely for spam prevention and security.
How we use information
- To send you a single notification email when ffframed launches, plus occasional product updates if you have not unsubscribed.
- To process and ship orders you place through the mobile app.
- To detect and prevent abuse of our service.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, and only to the extent needed to operate the Service.
Service providers
We rely on the following providers to operate the Service:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and form data storage.
- Stripe — payment processing for poster orders (mobile app only).
- Gelato — print and shipping fulfillment for poster orders (mobile app only).
- Resend — sending transactional and notification emails.
- Replicate — image processing (background removal and upscaling) for poster orders (mobile app only).
- Sentry, PostHog — error monitoring and product analytics in the mobile app, with personal identifiers excluded.
Each provider processes information only to perform its service and is bound by its own privacy terms.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics on its marketing pages.
Data retention
Email addresses submitted through the launch form are retained until you ask us to delete them or until we discontinue the Service. Order records are retained as required for tax and customer-service purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@ffframedapp.com. To unsubscribe from launch notifications, reply to any email from us with the word "unsubscribe."
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
